AUSN is a graduate school, with over 80 faculty around the world. You can study in any one of their countries as a global university.
AUSN has academic collaborative agreements with 26 other well established international institutions, to encourage joint community action, research, academic and educational activities.Students in the PhD, MPH and MBGPH degrees write a research thesis, and a list of graduates thesis topics is available here.
We have brought together large networks of the persons globally, and invite further colleagues to join our projects. AUSN is a registered research institution with the US Federal Government. We have a growing number of collaborative agreements with other research and academic institutions around the world and have already co-organized and conducted a number of international conferences.
AUSN adheres to the well recognized international standards for research which govern clinical and social research. No research or research applications shall prevail over respect for the human rights, fundamental freedoms and human dignity of individuals or groups of people. Benefits from advances in medicine and research in general should be made available to all, with due regard for the dignity and human rights of each individual.
The Eubios Ethics Institute, founded and directed by Dr. Darryl R. Macer, Provost, AUSN, has been a repository and mainstay of research in cross-cultural bioethics since 1990 and has wide international recognition and worldwide acclaim. Faculty Members, graduate students, and Junior and Senior Research Fellows will similarly be recruited to engage in research. AUSN has Research Fellows exploring some of these topics, and we invite more persons to apply to be a junior or senior research fellow.
